Hugh Burns vs Sam Keegan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Georgia promoted show at The Mansion, Atlanta,  taking place on 23/11/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA-New York State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Burns (9 - 1) who hails from New York City, USA and Sam Keegan(2 - 10(1) - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Burns and Keegan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noe Blanco, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Hatt, Mark Kelsoe and Rob Kelsoe.
