Dan Ruddock vs Mark MacClelland

Boxing Daily Report from the Mainza Promotions promoted show at Charter Theatre,Guild Hall, Preston,  taking place on 14/11/2023:

Clearly Mainza Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dan Ruddock (4 - 4 - 1) who hails from Bradford, UK and Mark MacClelland(10 - 3 - 1) from Hull, UK.  Both Ruddock and MacClelland weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Ladd, and the three ringside judges are Michael Taylor, Russell Gwilym and Fred Ruddock.
