Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Gethin Byaruhanga Gym, Kampala,  taking place on 13/11/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jawad Naim (9 - 2 - 3) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Tavarius Silweya(9 - 4) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Naim weighed in at 126 pounds, while Silweya weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Salim Tusabe, and the three ringside judges are Shontae Batuma, Ian Koreta and Neil Rugasira.  

Round 1: 

Naim attempts to land a jab, but Silweya slips the shot and counters with a cross.
