Faisal Dib vs Syed Moustafa

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Rooq Gym, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 30/10/2023:

Clearly Rooq Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Faisal Dib (0 - 0) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Syed Moustafa(1 - 3) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Dib weighed in at 121 pounds and 9 ounces, while Moustafa weighed in at 120 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Sinai, and the three ringside judges are Azam Asmar, Tariq Ahmed and Rehman Saadeh.
