Michi Jo vs Hiroki Sawada

Boxing Daily Report from the Maloian Promotions promoted show at Fukuyama Okazaki, Fukuyama,  taking place on 13/11/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Michi Jo (0 - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Hiroki Sawada(1 - 0) from Funabashi, Japan.  Both Jo and Sawada weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Fukuda, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Nakata, Jun Hironaka and Yoshi Kawakami.  

Round 1: 

Jo hits home with a right hook.  
Jo is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab.  
Sawada steps inside.  Jo pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a stinging right hook.
