Raiden Otsuka vs Hisao Sakurai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 22/11/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Raiden Otsuka (11 - 3) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Hisao Sakurai(6 - 4) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Otsuka and Sakurai weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Imamura, and the three ringside judges are Jun Nakahara, Daichi Koga and Fumio Shiba.
