Ollie Prior vs Rob Gilkeson

Boxing Daily Report from the Goose Hollow Promotions promoted show at Goose Gym, Pittsburgh,  taking place on 06/11/2023:

Clearly Goose Hollow Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Ollie Prior (0 - 0) who hails from Buffalo, USA and Rob Gilkeson(1 - 0) from Columbia, USA.  Prior weighed in at 255 pounds and 6 ounces, while Gilkeson weighed in at 237 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Colin Blood, and the three ringside judges are Mark Alderdice, Dillon Kundrat and Stuart Briar.  

Round 1:

Prior steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Prior forces Gilkeson to back into the ropes.  Prior lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Prior attempts to land a left uppercut, but Gilkeson sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Prior lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Prior throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Prior gets on the inside and lands a stinging left hook.  
Prior lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gilkeson pivots from in front of his opponent.  Prior is on target with a right hook.  
Gilkeson pivots to the left of his opponent.  Gilkeson attempts to land a cross, but Prior slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Prior closes the distance.  Gilkeson throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Prior's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Prior lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Prior gets on the inside and lands a sharp left hook.  
Gilkeson lands a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gilkeson's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Gilkeson's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
