Lorenzo Merlo vs Zacarias Valdivia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Distrito Federal promoted show at Mexico City Tafoya, Mexico City,  taking place on 25/11/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lorenzo Merlo (11 - 3(2) - 1) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Zacarias Valdivia(11 - 6) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Merlo and Valdivia weighed in at 126 pounds.
