Nwa Kariuki vs Antwan Kimeli

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Mayfair Casino, Nairobi,  taking place on 09/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Nairobi Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nwa Kariuki (7 - 4) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Antwan Kimeli(9 - 1 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Kariuki weighed in at 160 pounds, while Kimeli weighed in at 159 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Manu Yator, and the three ringside judges are Scott Merande, Matt Kanyoro and Shaun Chelangat.
