Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, Melbourne,  taking place on 09/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Evgeni á Zhivkov (13(9) - 0) who hails from Varna, Bulgaria and Harry Davies(9 - 3) from Adelaide, Australia.  Both Zhivkov and Davies weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Waugh, and the three ringside judges are Joey Mahtesyan, Alastair Mun and Hugh Collins.

Zhivkov senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Davies and just needs the right shot.  Zhivkov DETONATES a mean left hook on his opponents face.  DAVIES IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  Davies now seems to have his senses back.
