Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Count Promotions promoted show at Hull City Hall, Hull,  taking place on 09/12/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are William McNorton (10(1) - 0) who hails from Dundee, UK and Fedar Lapsinsh(0 - 3) from Riga, Latvia.  Both McNorton and Lapsinsh weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Llywelyn, and the three ringside judges are Noah Adams, Jonathan Duane and Rob Apted.
