Bart Vernor vs Martyn Brydon

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Sexy Boxing promoted show at Big Gym, Wolverhampton,  taking place on 11/11/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Bart Vernor (0 - 0) who hails from Manchester, UK and Martyn Brydon(1 - 0) from Cardiff, UK.  Both Vernor and Brydon weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Smith, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Dunkerson, Shaun Halliburton and John Magee.  

Round 1: 

Brydon throws a right uppercut, but Vernor clinches his opponent.  Vernor is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Vernor's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
