Hayden Martie vs Malcolm Haig

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Saint Andrew promoted show at David Hannay Gym, New Kingston,  taking place on 02/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Jamaica Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hayden Martie (4 - 8 - 2) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Malcolm Haig(5 - 4 - 2) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Martie and Haig weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alen Candlish, and the three ringside judges are Alen Candlish, Nathan Law and John Cullom.  

Round 1: 

Haig is on target with a jab.  
Martie closes the distance.  Haig connects with a right hook.  
Martie steps inside.  Haig hits home with a right hook.
