Reynaldo Varona vs Neper Barrera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Bolivar promoted show at Ciudad Guayana Aguayo, Ciudad Guayana,  taking place on 02/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Reynaldo Varona (12 - 2) who hails from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela and Neper Barrera(17(11) - 0) from Los Teques, Venezuela.  Both Varona and Barrera weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Selestino Borrego, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Manriquez, Selestino Borrego and Vegas Lino.
