Diego Renta vs Desiderio Recio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Distrito Federal promoted show at Neper Pando Gym, Mexico City,  taking place on 05/12/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Renta (9 - 1 - 1) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Desiderio Recio(12 - 2 - 4) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Renta and Recio weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Frisco Olivar, and the three ringside judges are Jesus Fermin, Lorenzo Coronado and Neper Arguijo.
