Jair Perea vs Sierra Enriques

Boxing Daily Report from the Baddog promoted show at Rogelio Bohorquez Gym, San Juan,  taking place on 19/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Jair Perea (2 - 0) who hails from Holguin, Cuba and Sierra Enriques(4 - 7 - 2) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Perea weighed in at 122 pounds, while Enriques weighed in at 121 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ignado Montalvan, and the three ringside judges are Zelipe Sarinana, Juan Laurel and Joaquin Salaz.  

Round 1: 

Perea attempts to land a jab, but Enriques sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Enriques closes the distance.  As Perea tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Enriques dabs at his face checking for damage.

Enriques tries to step out of his opponents range.  Enriques feints a right hook, and then lands an overhand right.  
Enriques feints a jab, but Perea does not fall for it and is on target with a right hook.  
Enriques gets on the inside.  Perea pivots from in front of his opponent andThe two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Perea dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Perea's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Enriques's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
