Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Rattlesnake Gym, Arlington,  taking place on 18/11/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are William Mate (0 - 0) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Rex Taitt(1 - 1 - 2) from Portland, USA.  Both Mate and Taitt weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon East, and the three ringside judges are David Smyth, Brett Sproule and Robert Corfield.  

Round 1: 

Mate sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

Mate tries to step out of his opponents range.  Mate feints a right hook, but Taitt does not fall for it and lands with a right hook.

Mate sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a hard jab.

Mate steps to the outside.  Taitt throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Mate hits home with an overhand left.
