Leif Ohm vs Roscoe Sando

Boxing Daily Report from the Valhalla promotions promoted show at Vikinghallen, Bergen,  taking place on 25/12/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leif Ohm (1 - 0) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Roscoe Sando(0 - 2) from Oslo, Norway.  Both Ohm and Sando weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Holm Opdahl, and the three ringside judges are Hogarth Karlsen, Thurston Minge and Harper Aanenson.  

Round 1: 

Ohm digs in a right hook to his opponents body.

Ohm quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ohm steps inside and connects with a right hook.  
Ohm closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Sando tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ohm sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Sando connects with a cross.  
Ohm gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Ohm connects with a sharp left hook.  
Ohm is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ohm lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Ohm hits home with a firm cross.  
Ohm is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Ohm lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.

Sando is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Ohm lands two overhand rights followed by a cross to his opponents head.  Ohm tries to land a cross, but Sando blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ohm advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Ohm is looking to close the distance and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Ohm lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Ohm lands a sharp right hook.  Ohm clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Ohm pushes his forearm into Sando's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ohm about fouling.  
Ohm digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  Sando wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ohm dabs at his face checking for damage.

Ohm cuts off the ring, trapping Sando in a corner.  Sando throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Sando pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ohm lands a left hook followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Ohm lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  Ohm ties up his opponent.  Ohm tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Sando behind the head. 
Ohm pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ohm tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ohm connects with a firm left hook.  
Ohm advances into close range.  Sando quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Sando attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Ohm's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Ohm lands a firm left uppercut.  
Sando tries to keep the action at long range.  Ohm feints a right hook, and then hits home with a solid overhand left.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Sando's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Sando's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Ohm.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
