Eric Owens vs Jacob Master

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Big Gym, London,  taking place on 16/11/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Eric Owens (2 - 0) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Jacob Master(1 - 1) from London, UK.  Owens weighed in at 200 pounds, while Master weighed in at 199 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aaron Winn, and the three ringside judges are Mark Clisham, Leighton Dodd and Johnny Breckenridge.  

Round 1: 

Owens steps inside.  Owens lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  As Master tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Owens has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Owens closes the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.
