Michael Soutter vs John Creech

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 25/11/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Michael Soutter (1 - 0) who hails from San Jose, USA and John Creech(1 - 0) from Santa Rosa, USA.  Both Soutter and Creech weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Noble, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Burt, Richie MacIsaac and Hugh Hier.

Soutter is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  Soutter clinches his opponent.  Creech leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Soutter's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Creech is looking to keep his distance.  Creech quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Creech throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Soutter advances into close range.  Creech is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Soutter steps inside.  Creech lands a right uppercut.  Soutter ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Soutter pushes his forearm into Creech's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Soutter about fouling.  
Soutter pivots from in front of his opponent.  Soutter throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Creech is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Soutter hits home with an overhand left.  
Soutter connects with a left hook.

Soutter tries to keep the action at long range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Soutter quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Creech throws a right hook, but Soutter ties up his opponent.  Soutter is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Soutter to stop fouling.
