Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Elliot Gym, Bristol,  taking place on 25/11/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Robert Spano (0 - 0) who hails from Bristol, UK and William McFarland(0 - 0) from Glasgow, UK.  Both Spano and McFarland weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Malone, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Lockey, Gary Rheon and James Antonelli.  

Round 1: 

Spano is on target with a firm cross.  
McFarland is looking to close the distance.  McFarland sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Spano lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.

Spano steps to the outside.  McFarland attempts to land a cross, but Spano parries the shot and counters with a left hook.

McFarland gets on the inside and manouvers Spano onto the ropes.  Spano lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
McFarland closes the distance.  Spano hits home with a right hook.  
McFarland digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
McFarland is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Spano hits home with a firm right hook.  
Spano drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Spano switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
McFarland closes the distance and walks Spano down, trapping him on the ropes.  McFarland is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.
