Santiago Borrero vs Venacio Paules

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Jax Bolivar Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Borrero (6 - 6 - 3) who hails from Duran, Ecuador and Venacio Paules(6 - 0) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Borrero and Paules weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pedro Siman, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Juliana, Roman Parrilla and Venacio Riquelme.
