Nori Nishimura vs Keiichi Hasegawa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at Shojima Gymnasium, Kurume,  taking place on 13/12/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Nori Nishimura (1 - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Keiichi Hasegawa(0 - 1 - 1) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Nishimura weighed in at 129 pounds and 3 ounces, while Hasegawa weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Goro Koizumi, and the three ringside judges are Akira Nishimura, Hiroki Shimabukuro and Satoshi Shinsato.  

Round 1:

Nishimura steps inside and walks Hasegawa onto the ropes.  Nishimura lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Hasegawa throws a right hook, but Nishimura clinches his opponent.  Nishimura throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Nishimura.
