Montel Cristobal vs Leonardo Matute

Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Baltasar Estremera Gym, Ensenada,  taking place on 26/12/2023:

Clearly Kwofie Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montel Cristobal (5 - 2) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Leonardo Matute(11 - 1) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Both Cristobal and Matute weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xabat Badillo, and the three ringside judges are Federico Sanchez, Santiago Ponce and Gervasio Sastre.
