Gust Messyaen vs Eloi Van Gassele

Boxing Daily Report from the Abdulyan Promotions promoted show at The Hague Witkin, The Hague,  taking place on 27/12/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Netherlands Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gust Messyaen (9 - 1) who hails from Rotterdam, Netherlands and Eloi Van Gassele(11 - 2 - 1) from The Hague, Netherlands.  Both Messyaen and Van Gassele weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ruud Mercator, and the three ringside judges are Jean-Philippe Van den Velde, Wissel Van der Visscherye and Vedast Tsaeul.
