Bartlomiej Stroik vs Filip Gawrych

Boxing Daily Report from the Silver Boxing Promotion promoted show at Silver Gym, Warsaw,  taking place on 11/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Bartlomiej Stroik (1 - 0) who hails from Poznan, Poland and Filip Gawrych(0 - 1) from Warsaw, Poland.  Both Stroik and Gawrych weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jeronim Buczynski, and the three ringside judges are Roman Bosak, Dawid Wenzel and Jan Kopinski.  

Round 1: 

Stroik lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Stroik lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Stroik drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Stroik tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Gawrych closes the distance.  Gawrych hits home with a right hook.  Gawrych wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Stroik dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Stroik hits home with a cross.  
Gawrych steps inside.  Stroik pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Stroik attempts to land a right uppercut, but Gawrych slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Stroik pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Stroik tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross.  
Stroik lands a cross.  
Stroik advances into close range.  Stroik pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Stroik switches the action to the outside.  Stroik feints a cross, but Gawrych ignores the feint and responds with a cross.  
Stroik hits home with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gawrych dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Stroik sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Gawrych gets on the inside.  Stroik drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gawrych's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Stroik pivots to the side of his opponent.  Stroik tries to land a jab, but Gawrych blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Stroik lands a jab.  
Stroik pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Stroik lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Stroik lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Stroik steps away from his opponent.  Gawrych attempts to land a cross, but Stroik slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Gawrych closes the distance.  Stroik lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Stroik pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Stroik finds the target with a jab.  
Stroik closes the distance.  Gawrych throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Stroik clinches his opponent.  Stroik is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Stroik tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Stroik sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Stroik sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gawrych tries to land a right hook, but Stroik dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Stroik closes the distance.  Gawrych drives a right hook into Stroik's ribcage.  Stroik ties up his opponent.  Stroik is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Stroik.  
Stroik pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Stroik sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Stroik drives a left hook into Gawrych's body.  
Stroik lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Stroik lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Stroik is on target with a sharp jab.
