Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Cross River State promoted show at Ugep Huda, Ugep,  taking place on 30/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waqar Firman (9(7) - 0) who hails from Ugep, Nigeria and Lordson Orakwue(10(7) - 0) from Warri, Nigeria.  Both Firman and Orakwue weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Adesoji, and the three ringside judges are Hope Kayode, Jack Adesoji and Atif Safar.
