Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Rattlesnake Gym, Arlington,  taking place on 09/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are William Mate (1 - 0) who hails from Honolulu, USA and David Haughey(0 - 1) from Raleigh, USA.  Both Mate and Haughey weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon East, and the three ringside judges are David Smyth, Mike Ruane and James Crum.

Mate lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Haughey gets on the inside.  Mate is on target with a right uppercut to Haughey's body.  Mate throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Mate lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Haughey closes the distance.  Mate lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
