Jasper Jalabert vs Simon Ostermeyer

Boxing Daily Report from the Offei Promotions promoted show at Dakar Carre, Dakar,  taking place on 31/12/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Jalabert (11 - 3(1)) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Simon Ostermeyer(10 - 5 - 2) from Dakar, Senegal.  Jalabert weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Ostermeyer weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Forrest Coly, and the three ringside judges are Reinald Mbow, Sid Soumah and Garner Leye.  

Round 1: 

Jalabert gets on the inside and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Jalabert.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
