Vince Raven vs Jawad Akbar

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Irish Centre, Leeds,  taking place on 30/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Vince Raven (3 - 2 - 2) who hails from London, UK and Jawad Akbar(3 - 3 - 1) from Leicester, UK.  Both Raven and Akbar weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Couper, and the three ringside judges are Matt Ryan, James McCarthy and Kai Comrie.
