Murat Kavur vs Ayberk Akagunduz

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Bursa Atatürk Sport Hall, Bursa,  taking place on 08/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Turkey Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Murat Kavur (9 - 0) who hails from Bursa, Turkey and Ayberk Akagunduz(8 - 8) from Ankara, Turkey.  Kavur weighed in at 229 pounds and 2 ounces, while Akagunduz weighed in at 246 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ata Atalar, and the three ringside judges are Savas Erol, Ahmet Sandalli and Cemil Elci.
