Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Dom Kennedy Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 01/01/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zain Hatem (5 - 5 - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Imran Maroun(12 - 0) from Melbourne, Australia.  Hatem weighed in at 108 pounds, while Maroun weighed in at 107 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Steven Malas, and the three ringside judges are Arran Ritchey, Dale Holland and Jake Denniston.  

Round 1: 

Hatem steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a cross, but Maroun blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
