Kenji Ueda vs Akira Yamazaki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Dai Tano Gym, Tokyo,  taking place on 01/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenji Ueda (8 - 6 - 2) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Akira Yamazaki(6 - 5(1) - 1) from Hachioji, Japan.  Both Ueda and Yamazaki weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hideki Ishibashi, and the three ringside judges are Dai Ishikawa, Hisoka Yamamoto and Yuji Ohta.
