Gennady Gurka vs Apostol Kostyk

Boxing Daily Report from the Asiku Promotions promoted show at Danylko Kosko Gym, Kiev,  taking place on 02/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ukraine-Kiev Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gennady Gurka (9 - 1 - 1) who hails from Kiev, Ukraine and Apostol Kostyk(13 - 0) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Both Gurka and Kostyk weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Afon Valis, and the three ringside judges are Oleksiy Dzik, Volodymyr Van and Borya Budnik.
