Rico Galindo vs Alejandro Nunez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Miranda promoted show at Caracas Sia, Caracas,  taking place on 02/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Miranda Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Galindo (13 - 3 - 4) who hails from Caracas, Venezuela and Alejandro Nunez(8 - 4 - 1) from Caracas, Venezuela.  Galindo weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Nunez weighed in at 111 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Saturnin Ponciano, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Medero, Juan Nunez and Vicente Lugar.
