Faisal Dib vs Amrit Mehta

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Rooq Gym, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 28/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Faisal Dib (2 - 0) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Amrit Mehta(2 - 3 - 1) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Dib weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces, while Mehta weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Asmar, and the three ringside judges are Jawad Baten, Gazi Sinai and Rehan Azam.

Mehta steps inside and throws a right hook, but Dib holds on to his opponent.  Dib tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Mehta's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Dib to stop fouling.
