Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Rooq Gym, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 28/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Raeland Wacik (0 - 0) who hails from Medan, Indonesia and Waqar Amber(0 - 3 - 1) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Wacik and Amber weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Baten, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Azam, Azam Asmar and Gazi Sinai.  

Round 1: 

Wacik lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Wacik holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Wacik pushes his forearm into Amber's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Wacik.  
Wacik pivots to the left of his opponent.  Amber attempts to land a left hook, but Wacik blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Wacik pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Wacik switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Wacik pivots to the right of his opponent.  Wacik lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  Wacik ties up his opponent.  Wacik uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Amber behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Wacik to stop fouling.

Wacik pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Wacik pivots to the left of his opponent.  Amber throws a left hook, but Wacik clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Wacik cuts off the ring, trapping Amber in a corner.  Wacik pivots to the side of his opponent.  Amber attempts to land a left hook, but Wacik dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Wacik pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Wacik lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Wacik lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
