Ker Vangen vs Alvin Thunberg

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Stockholm Thunstrom, Stockholm,  taking place on 20/12/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Ker Vangen (2 - 0) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Alvin Thunberg(2 - 1) from Stockholm, Sweden.  Both Vangen and Thunberg weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vincent Beckman, and the three ringside judges are Viggo Classon, Rasmus Loftin and Tage Eld.  

Round 1: 

Vangen steps inside.  Vangen sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Vangen advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Thunberg switches the action to the outside.  Vangen lands with a stiff jab.

Thunberg switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Vangen parries the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.

Vangen is looking to close the distance.  Thunberg throws a right hook, but Vangen clinches his opponent.  Vangen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Vangen pushes his forearm into Thunberg's face.  The referee warns Vangen and breaks the clinch.

Vangen lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Vangen sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Vangen lands a jab.  Vangen tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Thunberg steps to the outside.  Vangen lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Vangen closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Vangen pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Vangen closes the distance.  Vangen pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Vangen closes the distance and digs in a stinging left hook to Thunberg's liver.

Vangen manages to force Thunberg into a corner.  Thunberg throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
