Inigo Shand vs Rob Gibbs

Boxing Daily Report from the Monster Promotions promoted show at Monster Gym, London,  taking place on 05/01/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Inigo Shand (0 - 0) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Rob Gibbs(2 - 1 - 1) from Provo, USA.  Both Shand and Gibbs weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Biggart, and the three ringside judges are Noah Marr, David Mason and Robert Dowe.  

Round 1: 

Shand lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Shand is looking to keep his distance.  Shand feints a jab, tricking Gibbs into launching a right uppercut counter.  Shand springs the trap and counters with  a right hook.

Shand lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Gibbs cuts off the ring, trapping Shand on the ropes.  Gibbs connects with a right hook.

Gibbs switches the action to the outside.  Shand lands a cross.  
Shand feints a cross, tricking Gibbs into countering with a right hook.  Shand springs the trap and counters with  a right uppercut.
