Boxing Daily Report from the TW Promotions promoted show at Skonto Hall, Riga,  taking place on 22/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Latvia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Valeri Jaungailis (5(1) - 1 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Goga Jukumsons(3 - 3 - 1) from Riga, Latvia.  Jaungailis weighed in at 232 pounds and 5 ounces, while Jukumsons weighed in at 227 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Andrii Priede, and the three ringside judges are Igor Vainags, Borya Kede and Ivan Prusis.
