Oscar Comrie vs John Gunn

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Winnipeg Dunkerson, Winnipeg,  taking place on 19/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Canada Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oscar Comrie (10(5) - 0) who hails from Surrey, Canada and John Gunn(8 - 1(1) - 2) from Edmonton, Canada.  Comrie weighed in at 154 pounds, while Gunn weighed in at 153 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Fenty, and the three ringside judges are Varocher Painchaud, David Whitestone and Gareth Munroe.

Frustration is reaching boiling point for Gunn now.   He swings an uppercut into his opponents groin! The ref halts the action and sends Comrie to the neutral corner.    He tells Gunn to clean up his game.  The ref's patience seems to be wearing thin.  
Comrie lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND GUNN IS DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Gunn cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Comrie!
