Spencer Primrose vs Matt McCleese

Boxing Daily Report from the TooOldToParty promoted show at TooOldToParty Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 04/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Spencer Primrose (2 - 0) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Matt McCleese(2 - 1 - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Primrose and McCleese weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Pac, and the three ringside judges are Malcolm Hanken, Mark McBride and Mark Givan.  

Round 1: 

Primrose sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  McCleese throws a left hook, but Primrose clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Primrose pushes his forearm into McCleese's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Primrose.  
Primrose hits home with a left hook.  
Primrose gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Primrose lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

McCleese throws a right hook, but Primrose clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.
