Fedar Chura vs Dmitriy Adamovich

Boxing Daily Report from the Matchmaker Promotions promoted show at Mikhail Nikolaev Gym, Dniprodzerzhynsk,  taking place on 22/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Fedar Chura (2 - 0) who hails from Makiivka, Ukraine and Dmitriy Adamovich(2 - 4 - 1) from Novokuznetsk, Russia.  Chura weighed in at 147 pounds, while Adamovich weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lazar Zhitnik, and the three ringside judges are Kolya Machnik, Faddei Chopp and Fedar Dolgushin.  

Round 1: 

Chura tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Chura closes the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Adamovich dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Chura quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook.

Chura closes the distance.  Chura sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Chura advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Chura steps inside.  Chura steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Adamovich is whaling away with hooks, but Chura keeps his defence tight.  
Adamovich switches the action to the outside.  Chura is on target with a jab.  
Chura advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Adamovich's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Adamovich's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Adamovich's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
