Juan Alameda vs Frisco Amaro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guatemala-Guatemala promoted show at Gimnasio Alfonso Gordillo, Guatemala City,  taking place on 11/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on El Súper Canal, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Alameda (10(2) - 4(2) - 1) who hails from Tonala, Mexico and Frisco Amaro(13(1) - 2(1)) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Both Alameda and Amaro weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xavier Vasco, and the three ringside judges are Cris Barco, Javier Patron and Diego Osuna.  

Round 1: 

Amaro gets on the inside.  Alameda lands a right uppercut.
