Deion Kwei vs Musa Bapela

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Western Cape promoted show at Khayelitsha Andam, Khayelitsha,  taking place on 14/01/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Southern African Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Deion Kwei (6 - 9 - 3) who hails from Mitchells Plain, South Africa and Musa Bapela(12 - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both Kwei and Bapela weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Ndombe, and the three ringside judges are Kasi Hlatshwayo, Rob Ndombe and La Vonn Dorkenoo.  

Round 1: 

Bapela closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.
