Juan Berlanga vs Danyaal Kabir

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Smoking Gym, Los Angeles,  taking place on 24/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Juan Berlanga (1 - 0) who hails from Bakersfield, USA and Danyaal Kabir(3 - 4) from Modesto, USA.  Berlanga weighed in at 108 pounds, while Kabir weighed in at 107 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Josh Beltran, and the three ringside judges are Dylan Waddell, Josh Butchart and Alastair Hankin.

Kabir throws a left uppercut, but Berlanga ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Berlanga pushes his forearm into Kabir's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Berlanga lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Berlanga is looking to close the distance.  Berlanga sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Berlanga closes the distance and connects with a sharp left hook.
