Ashley Sander vs Jordan Craigen

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Gethin Nicholson Gym, Minneapolis,  taking place on 31/12/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ashley Sander (1 - 0) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Jordan Craigen(0 - 1) from Lincoln, USA.  Sander weighed in at 135 pounds, while Craigen weighed in at 134 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Langer, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Langer, Zachary Mattus and Brad Dey.  

Round 1: 

Sander advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Sander holds on to his opponent.  Sander is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Sander about fouling.

Craigen cuts off the ring, trapping Sander in a corner.  Craigen hits home with a left uppercut.
