Jordan Asuncion vs Sam Mackley

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Gethin Nicholson Gym, Minneapolis,  taking place on 31/12/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jordan Asuncion (2 - 0) who hails from Long Beach, USA and Sam Mackley(2 - 2) from Durham, USA.  Asuncion weighed in at 130 pounds, while Mackley weighed in at 129 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Langer, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Mattus, Nathan Langer and Brad Dey.  

Round 1: 

Asuncion steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.
