Ellis Ritchie vs Charles Lawder

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Rattlesnake Gym, Arlington,  taking place on 02/01/2024:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ellis Ritchie (1 - 0) who hails from El Paso, USA and Charles Lawder(2 - 2 - 1) from Denver, USA.  Ritchie weighed in at 167 pounds and 1 ounces, while Lawder weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Aurelio, and the three ringside judges are Joel Abraham, Robert Corfield and Paul Speed.

Ritchie attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Lawder to the neutral corner.  He lectures Ritchie but does not take away a point.
