Ahmet Merich vs Frank Mears

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Count Promotions promoted show at Ten Gym, Hull,  taking place on 31/12/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Ahmet Merich (2 - 0) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Frank Mears(0 - 1) from Northampton, UK.  Merich weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Mears weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noah Adams, and the three ringside judges are Justin Donne, Dominic Patterson and Chris McReynolds.
